5 Lakeview No Smoking	Our largest cabin. A 3 bedroom 1-1/2 bath cabin with 2 double beds, 4 twin beds and a futon couch. Sleeps 6-10, rates are for first 4 persons.	$1350.00
2 Lakeview No Smoking	The largest 2 bedroom cabin with 1 queen bed (This cabin is the only cabin with a private patio off the master bedroom.) and 2 twin beds and a futon couch. Sleeps up to 6, rates are for first 2 persons. GREAT CABIN FOR A HONEYMOON.	$800.00
1 Lakeview No Smoking	A 2 bedroom cabin with 1 double bed, 2 twin beds and a futon couch. Sleeps 4-6, rates are for first 2 persons.	$700.00
3 Lakeview No Smoking	A 2 bedroom cabin with 1 double bed, 2 twin beds and a futon couch. Sleeps 4-6, rates are for first 2 persons.	$675.00
4 Lakeview No Smoking	A 2 bedroom cabin with 1 double bed, 2 twin beds and a futon couch. Sleeps 4-6, rates are for first 2 persons.	$750.00
6 Lakeview No Smoking	A standard size studio cabin with 1 queen bed. Sleeps 2	$625.00
7, 8, 9 & 10 Poolside No Smoking	These units are our poolside cabins, each has 2 double beds and a futon couch. Sleeps 4-6 persons, rates are for first 2 persons.	$650.00
No discounts are available on monthly rates. Monthly rates are based on paying by check or cash only. No credit or debit cards are excepted. Rates are for the first 2 people in each unit with the exception of Cabin 5 which is for the first 4 people.

Each additional person is $10.00 per day or $50.00 per week.
Children under 2 stay free.
Check-in is after 2:00 pm - check-out is 9:00 am.

Monthly Pet Policy
Pets are welcome at $10 per day or $50.00 per month,
and must be leashed and walked in a non use area.
Pets are welcome but we reserve the right to collect a refundable
security/cleaning deposit of up to $100 for each pet.
It shall be the duty of each person having the custody or control of a
domestic animal to remove any feces left by such domestic animal and to
dispose of such feces in a sanitary manner.

Reservation Terms
We require a deposit of 20% of your stay per cottage per week or $100.00 whichever is greater.
You will be charged for the time your reserve.

ALL FEES SUBJECT TO APPROPRIATE FEDERAL, STATE & LOCAL TAXES.

Deposits will be refunded or credited to a later reservation
ONLY AFTER we re-rent the cabin or if you give us a 60-day notice.
If you must cancel your reservations please call
immediately to better enable us to re-rent your cabin.
Cancellations can be in writing or over the phone.
